meet with client
This is the first step in the process to the creation and deployment of your new website or design work. I will meet with you face to face if possible or through Skype or over the phone if distance is an issue. We will go over exactly what you're looking for which will lead us into the next step.
determine needs
Here I will begin to make a checklist of what you as the client wants your new design to acheive and who your target market is for it. I will then take this from our meeting and research the industry and your competitors to come up with a plan that I believe will work best for you and where you should put your money.
quote project
I will formulate a quote based on our meeting and what needs I feel I can meet for your company. This will be given to you in the form of a proposal where you will be able to make comments and give your feedback to insure the project scope is correct. This step will also determine the costs for the project to see if you would still like to move forward with it.
work on project
After project scope sign off and initial payment, I will begin work on the project and insure it is completed in a timely manner. I will continue to keep open communication throughout the process and get in touch with you frequently for design feedback and changes to insure it fits your needs properly.
project deployment
The final step in the process will involve either launching the new website or handing over the final project for any print job. Final payment will be due before I hand over the final work and, for a website, a disc of all your files will be provided to you at the completion of the project for your records. Files for print will not be handed over unless it has been discussed in the project scope.
